• All free products are provided "as is" with no warranty.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage our products as your own without explicit written permission.
• We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
• Disputes are governed by the laws of the United States.

• Free beats are licensed for non-profit / non-monetized use only (demos, personal projects, non-monetized YouTube/streams, educational use).
• For commercial use (Spotify, Apple Music, monetized platforms, sync licensing, etc.) or exclusive rights, you must purchase an exclusive license.
• To purchase exclusive rights, contact us via Instagram DM: @prod_bigman
• You must credit on free use: "Beat by @prod_bigman" or "Prod. by @prod_bigman" or any other equivalent.
• You may edit, chop, and layer beats in your compositions.

• Free drum kits are licensed for use in your own productions, including commercial releases.
• You may use drums in beats, songs, or any music you release commercially — 100% royalty-free.
• You may not redistribute raw drum files or resell them as part of another drum kit.
• Modifications (pitching, layering, effects) are fully allowed and encouraged.

• Free loops are licensed for use in your own productions, including commercial releases.
• You may use loops in beats and songs you release commercially — 100% royalty-free.
• You may not redistribute raw loop files or resell them as standalone loops or in another loop kit.
• You are free to chop, reverse, pitch, stretch, and manipulate loops creatively.
