Terms of Use

Welcome to Studio Bigman. By using bigman.studio, creating an account, downloading, or purchasing audio (beats, kits, loops), you agree to these Terms of Use.

You must be at least 13. Keep your login accurate and secure. We may suspend or ban accounts that abuse the site, break these terms, or attempt to resell our files. Creating an account also adds your email to our list unless you unsubscribe later.

• Free files are provided “as is” with no warranty.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage our raw files as your own product.
• You may edit, chop, and layer licensed audio in your own compositions.
• We may update these terms. Continued use after the date below is acceptance.

• Delivered as MP3 only for non-profit / non-monetized use (demos, personal projects, non-monetized YouTube or streams, education).
• No commercial rights and no master WAV.
• Credit required: “Beat by @prod_bigman”, “Prod. by @prod_bigman”, or an equivalent.
• The beat stays in the store. You do not own it.

Paid checkout is Stripe. After payment, download the licensed WAV from the product page while signed in with the same email. These grants match the license cards on the product page:

• Basic: Monetize on major platforms; MP3 + WAV master; use in videos / streams; credit the producer. Non-exclusive. Stems not included. Beat stays in the store.
• Premium: Everything in Basic, plus a higher distribution allowance, commercial sync / content use, and priority support. Non-exclusive. Beat stays in the store.
• Exclusive: An exclusive license to that beat (not a copyright assignment unless we sign a separate writing). Unlimited distribution, stem delivery on request, and we remove the store listing after purchase. Producer credit stays unless we agree otherwise in writing.

• Kits and loops you download are licensed for use in your own productions, including commercial releases — royalty-free for those productions.
• You may not redistribute raw kit or loop files, or resell them as another kit or loop pack.
• Paid kits check out through Stripe the same way as beats.

These are digital downloads. After a file is delivered or unlocked, the sale is final and we do not refund. If Stripe charged you and fulfillment failed, email us and we will fix the download or refund the unfulfilled payment. Chargebacks for delivered files may result in a revoked license and account ban.

The site and files are provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Studio Bigman is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits from your use of a beat or kit. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
